Shenandoah Urn & Keepsake
This magnificent stone is quarried in the Shenandoah Valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains between Pennsylvania and Georgia. Shenandoah Quartz has a rich green base with intricate white fern patterns running throughout. The soothing colors are reminiscent of a thick forest, touched by leaves, gilded and faded by sunbeams.
The Shenandoah Urn base is made of sheet bronze, lacquer coated and satin finished which measures 9" x 8", with a walnut base. The Shenandoah top is 1 1/2 to 2" thick by approximately 10". The top is highly polished like glass. The natural roughness is retained in the irregular shape and rugged edge. Once polished, the burled swirl of mineral deposits creates a unique and extraordinary design. A brass plate is included, but is not engraved for both the urn and keepsake.

Keepsake base measures 2" x 2", the Shenandoah top is 1/2" x 4" and is 8 cubic inches.
